BACKGROUND OF THE CENTRE?
Pat taught at different Colleges and Universities on Merseyside. She headed the Counselling Courses at Liverpool Community College. Pat has been encouraging and assisting people to develop their potential for many years, enabling them to discover ways in which they could empower themselves.

WHY IS IT DIFFERENT FROM COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES?
Pat established the Centre for Personal Development seven years ago. She wanted to develop a Centre of Excellence were staff and students worked together in a warm, friendly atmosphere. She wanted the staff and students to be respected and valued. The Centre's philosophy is built on this belief.

WHAT MAKES THIS CENTRE UNIQUE?
The Centre has a unique atmosphere. It has a warm, friendly inspirational atmosphere. It has a suite of eight rooms. They are beautifully decorated in bright, pastel colours and the learning environment is a pleasure to work in. We make learning an enjoyable experience here at the Centre. We will help and support you throughout the course. We have all the equipment necessary for a good quality course, televisions, video cassettes etc. We have all the resources necessary to meet your training needs during the course.

Centre for Personal Development is in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. It is situated at 1 Maryland Street, on the corner of Hope Street and Maryland Street.
